What is a snail mail club?
A snail mail club is a subscription where the members receive letters and creative goodies sent through the mail each month. Unlike a digital newsletter, everything arrives in a real envelope that you can hold, open, and look forward to every month.
When will I receive my letter each month?
Letters are sent out between the 1st and 3rd each month. You should receive your letter between 2-7 days after it is sent out.
Can you send me a tracking number?
Unfortunately not. Letters are sent with stamps, and tracking isn't available. If your letter hasn't arrived by the 10th each month I will send you a replacement letter. Just email zookeepersam@wonderpawszooclub.com and let me know.
I live outside of the USA can I subcribe?
At the moment we are only shipping in the USA. In the future we may ship internationally.
Who is the club for?
Anyone is welcome to join, it is designed for kids who love animals, learning, and getting mail. It’s especially great for early readers and curious explorers. Ages 3-9 is the general targeted age group.
Can I subscribe for someone that doesn't live with me?
Yes the Wonder Paws Zoo Club is a great gift idea! You would just enter the name and shipping address of the person you want to receive the letter each month.
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
Just email us at zookeepersam@wonderpawszooclub.com and we will end your subscription or change your address!
What is the deadline to receive the next month's letter?
You need to be signed up before the 16th of the month to receive next month's letter. If you sign up on the 16th or later you will start receiving letters the following month. This gives me enough time to plan everything out.
